C.I. TAKIRON Group regards the Integrated Report as an important communication tool. We issue this report to help stakeholders understand our efforts to enhance our corporate value over the medium to long term, and to further deepen dialogue and enhance the sustainability of our company.
For this Integrated Report 2024, we focused on sorting out the relationship between strategies and capital enhancement, and communicating, in an easy to understand way, our initiatives to enhance various types of capital. This was done while taking our Medium-term Management Plan “Go Beyond” Innovation 2026, announced in May 2024 as a key reference point. We also included two special features. One covers a roundtable discussion of new organizational collaboration and synergy in our technology development, and the other covers various previous efforts to address the environment.
We have tried to compile this report so readers can understand our “value creation story” as a manufacturing company, and to encourage expectation of greater things from our Group in the future based on our Medium-term Management Plan.
