On July 3, 2017, we transferred our medical business to Teijin Medical Technologies Co., Ltd., which was newly established through a simple split (hereinafter, the "Newly Established Company"). On the same day, 86% of the shares in the Newly Established Company were transferred to TEIJIN LIMITED.
